The team documented the process throughly with photos for my records. I would definitely use GAS again for similar works or general construction in our home.”

“The job was completed to am excellent standard. It exceeded my expectations. The property is tenanted and the process was smooth as he got on touch and arranged access with the tenant independently, working around the availability. It was trickier that expected so the price went up a bit from the original quote but it requires two days of work instead of one. He attended the property twice even before doing the work to understand the scope of work (didn't quote blindly over the phone). The job carried out is a full insulation of a built-in cupboard which before creates damp and mould, tenant is very happy with the solution. Comes with a 1year warranty. Extremely polite, reliable and clean.”

“George carried out a blower door test, smoke testing and thermal imaging survey at our property, and we were extremely impressed with both his professionalism and his depth of knowledge. He took the time to explain everything clearly, using the thermal images and smoke tests to show exactly where air leakage and heat loss were occurring. The final report was very detailed, well-structured and easy to understand, with clear explanations of the causes, risks and recommended remedial options. What we particularly appreciated was that George didn't just point out problems, he explained the building physics behind them and was honest and practical about priorities, costs and what would (and wouldn't) make a real difference. He was punctual, tidy, respectful of our home and very easy to communicate with throughout the process.
