An investigation is not an inspection. We measure first — with calibrated thermal imaging, blower door testing, smoke tracing, humidity logging and moisture investigation — diagnose the root cause, design a targeted remedy, carry out the works and, where appropriate, verify the result against the measured baseline. Each investigation below records that process on a real London project.
